Another day, another GA.

2.2.1.GA is out, folks. This micro release adds some serialization/replication (JBCACHE-1382) and JDBCCacheLoader (JBCACHE-1414) performance improvements, and fixes a bunch of bugs reported against 2.2.0.GA.
